Unfortunately the HOTEL is not that much it’s rooms, even the servers is not that good, plus reception staff they are not cooperates people, isn’t deserve 4 Stars. That’s my opinion anyway, I don’t recommend the hotel.☹️😒 …

It is located a little far from Ordu center, but very close to the sea. I stayed in bed and breakfast for the second time. Breakfast is open buffet and they offer a really rich breakfast. Having their own protected parking lot is also an added advantage.

It is in a place far from the beach, where there is no place to walk around or sit. You can go to the main street and go to the beach in 10 minutes by bus. In the room I stay in, the mirror, make-up table and chair are in different places. Using roller blinds was a very wrong choice. In addition, the window is huge, but it overlooks a non-existent view, and it does not open fully. It has a lot of shortcomings compared to a 4 star hotel

It doesn't even deserve 1 star, but whatever... We have traveled to so many cities and countries in our lives and stayed in different hotels. But something like this… We have neither seen nor heard of it. Our 2-year-old child's ban from entering the pool after entering is like a joke. They also filled a small inflatable pool with a little water as if it were a joke, and they told him to play here! Of course, because they don't know that there are diapers specifically for children. There is no such nonsense! I say don't even pass by ;) As children, we watched the pool from afar and left there crying.

I am very surprised by looking at some of the bad comments. The hotel is obviously one of the best hotels in Ordu many years ago, for this reason there are some old things, but the rooms and bathrooms are very clean, in addition to the fact that it has an outdoor pool and spa, it is very advantageous compared to the prices. We stayed as a company, 3 km away from the center of Ordu, and we were very pleased. I advise Jildanet Kayseri

We asked the price before arriving at the hotel and when we arrived they doubled the price and when we asked the employee he said it was not a standard room. You don't have a standard room and you want a family room for 6000 per night?؟؟
